Champ Flight:
Wil Morgan from the Central Carolina tour lead wire to wire
with scores of 73-77-150 total to win by six shots over defending champion
Wayne McKenney from the Augusta Tour at 156.
Ryan Smith and Chris Laird both from the Charlotte tour finished in
third and fourth at 157 and 159.
A Flight:
Jared Bibbee from the Charleston tour won by seven shots as
he posted 2 great rounds of 77-75-152 for the victory. Britt Guillory tour director for Louisiana
South and MS Gulf Coast tours finished solo second at 159. Jason Dores the Myrtle Beach tour director came
in third with 162 followed by Darren Rawlinson & Clint McCoy at 164.
B Flight:
Andres Lopez represented for the home tour of Hilton Head
with a four shot victory at 165. Gene
Williams from Augusta and Patrick Tole from Myrtle Beach both finished at
169. Dan Ahlers from the Charlotte was
fourth at 171 and Harry Oms finished fifth at 172.
C Flight:
Mitch Green from the Upstate tour wins by one shot at
91-94-185. Jack Pereira from DC Metro
posted 186 for second followed by Noel Coolican with 187. Scott Allen from the DFW tour finished solo
fourth at 188.
D Flight:
Paul Smith from Birmingham was victorious with 91-95-186
total. Jeremy Ratliff from Jacksonville
was round one leader but fell back to second place with a two day total of
193. Cliff Austin from Nashville was
third at 195 beating out Po Lehman from North Central FL at 196.
The Edwin Watts 2 man
team challenge finished up with Kris Laird & Ryan Smith winning the
Championship flight at 316. The A Flight
winners were Britt Guillory & Tim Rusk at 330. The B Flight teams tied and in a one hole
playoff John Robinson and Andres Lopez win over Trevor Horne and Patrick
Tole. The team of Ken Hansley and Steve
Daniels win C flight uncontested and Jeremy Ratliff and Paul Smith win the D
flight.
