Member Guest Best Ball Event at Fire Ridge Rules
This is a TRUE MEMBER GUEST EVENT
Milwaukee Member signs up and invites his guest to play in the event. The guest will have to register on the Website and pay the entry fee (but does not have to pay for a membership). The guest must be someone who has not been a Tour Member in the previous 4 seasons to be eligible. We would prefer that the guest has a WSGA or USGA handicap to properly flight them or at least scores from their last 5 18-hole rounds. For this event we will have a maximum of 20 teams, and the number of teams needs to be an even amount (2, 4, 6, etc. so that we can have foursomes)
FORMAT:
2-man teams in a foursome. The teams will keep the other teams score. Best Ball. Each man on the team will play the hole and lowest score from the team member will count on each hole. To make things equitable, Champ Flight will get no shots. A Flight will get 1 shot on the 4 toughest holes. B Flight will get 1 shot on the on the 8 toughest holes. C Flight will get 1 shot on the 12 toughest holes and D flight will get 1 shot on the 16 toughest holes. If a team consists of 2 different flight members, we will combine the shots and split the difference in half. (i.e. A Flight and D Flight 4+16=20 /2=10 they would get 1 shot on the 10 toughest holes). Lowest Net score wins the event. The winners will receive a trophy, and the Guest will receive a free membership to the Tour for the remainder of the 2025 season. We will have side games during this event. Skins and Superskins (non-flighted as this is a best ball event), along with the closest to the pin event. I will not be playing in this event so that I can keep scoring. Each team will have to text me the scores so that I can enter them in a database. The prize pool will be based on the number of teams entered and will also determine the number of places paid.

2025 Membership SWAG We are thrilled to announce that for 2025, we will once again allow members to choose their own membership swag. Everyone will receive a $50 credit to use at the Golfweek Amateur Pro Shop. For our dual members, you will need to use your Amateur credit on the Amateur Pro Shop and your Senior credit on the Senior Pro Shop.
Refer a Friend!
Any returning member who refers a friend to sign up for the tour (must not have been a previous member of the tour) that new member and the referring member will be entered in a drawing for free entry into the Midseason Major at Wild Rock. See additional details below!!!
Membership Referral Program We already have some new players that have joined because of your encouragement and kind words about what we do. Thank you! Please consider promoting the Milwaukee Golfweek Amateur Tour to your friends and family. The more players we have, the larger the prize pools and cash games become. To encourage this, we are starting our membership referral program. If an existing player refers a new player to join and play in one event, we will pay for your cash games ($35 value) in your next single day tournament, and enter both the new member and the referring member into a drawing for a free entry into the Mid Season Major at Wild Rock ($275 value) If an existing player gets three new players to join and each play in an event over the course of the season, we will pay your entry fee into your next single day event (you will be responsible
for your own cash games for the event that we are waiving your entry fee). After your third new member, the rewards will cycle again from the beginning (ex. 4th & 5th new members will earn you cash games, the 6th will earn another free single day entry). There is no cap to this program.

Existing player must be a returning member, or have played in at least three events in the current season if new this season, to qualify.

New player cannot be a player that has been a member of a Golfweek Amateur Tour previously, to qualify.
Please have your new members list your name during registration in the "How did you hear about the tour?" section. This will make it easier to track.
Sponsorship Referral Program We are now actively pursuing sponsorships for the 2025 season. I am awarding credit towards tournament entry fees for players who are able to secure sponsorships for the 2025 season. We offer a tiered sponsorship program, to fit different size budgets. This includes levels that allow for title sponsorships at individual tournaments. The bigger the sponsorship, the bigger the credit you receive.
