The 2014 season is set to begin on March 9th at Stonewall Golf Club.  By that time all of the snow, ice and cold weather will be behind us! If you are plan on playing the first event at Stonewall make sure you register by the February 27th deadline!  The practice round rate for Stonewall is $45 Monday through Thursday March 3rd to 6th. In the meantime, if you have not registered and paid the membership fee (what are you waiting for), please do that now to get all of the benefits of the DC Metro Golfweek Amateur Tour! Also, please continue to support our sponsors and encourage others to sponsor the tour as well!  The 2014 DC Golf Expo was a lot of fun. A special thank you goes out to members Mike Green, Ken Mutzabaugh, Karl Yergey and Greg Wentzel for all of your help over the weekend. 

We are continuing our push for 200 members this year so look for a membership drive contest in the next week. All tournaments are open for registration and some are starting to fill up.  Remember the deadlines for registering for each tournament are seven to fourteen days prior to the event.
