Both
the Championship Flight and the B Flight have first place winners in
back-to-back tournaments. Congratulations to Jack Sheehan and Nick
Gerstner! Jack took first place in the Championship Flight with an
impressive 77. He was followed by John Nesbitt
(81), Crews Miller (82) and Jerry Resh (83). In the B Flight, Nick
Gerstner finished with a score of 82, enabling him to take home the trophy yet
again. Tied in the next spot were Steve
D’Ambrosio and Scott Stewart each with an 85 and only slightly ahead of Bill Spruce with an 86.
Another
two-time winner was A Flight member Van
Stemple. Van shot an incredible 76 to take first place in today’s event
making him a repeat winner as well. Russel
Cook carded an 80 for second place and Rex
Close finished in third with an 83.
Mike Brengle
was the leader in the clubhouse for the entire event! Unfortunately he left the
course before he could receive his very first trophy for winning the C Flight.
With the only score to fall in the 80’s Mike won with an 88. Second place went
to Will Baxter with a score of 92,
third place to Rob Fields with a 93
and fourth went to John Moriarty
with a 94.
Ken Mutzabaugh
finished first for the second time on the tour after besting Paraag Patel by one stroke. The D
Flight field was close all around with Ken carding a 94, Paraag finishing with
a 95 and Greg Wentzel shooting a 97
for third place.
