Well we beat the weather, and we got the event in, after changing courses too!!! I know the greens were a little bumpie, but at least we had greens. You all played pretty quick too. And we had some tight finishes; in all flights with either ties or winning by one stroke. The results for Sat ….. A Flight Trey Castles and Paul Sanderson both shot 84, with Paul winning on the first playoff hole. In the B Flt it was real tight and great scores, with Jim Hestikind winning shooting a 78 and Jose Lagos second with a 79 (that includes a double on 18). In the C Flight we had another tight race with new member Joe Bales shooting an 87 for first place and Jerome Smith 88 for 2nd . In the D Flight Pat Sullivan shot a 96 to edge out Tom Haddad who had a 97. The new members are Joe Bales C Flt, he is in the construction business and Brian Slinkard D Flt asst mgr of Lowes. ….
