Another good day at the golf course......... weather turned out to be great. Hope it didn't rain on the wedding following our play!!!! We had pretty good turnout considering it was USC home opener. We had 11 out of town tour players.... most coming down to make up tournaments they missed.... and a few to take our money. This was the best turn-out for the Championship flight we had 8 players!! most we have had for quite a while..... still need some help with the C & D Flights... we have them signed up but I guess they went to the game. We had some pretty good scores and the winners were: Championship flight Jonathan Mathias won with a 75 beating our new member Josh Landers by a stroke he had a 76 and our two visiting MB players Phil Pfieffer and Bob Vislocky both had 77. In the A Flight Paul Sanderson won with an 80 over John Tucker. In the B Flight thanks god for Jose Lagos he had an 81 to hold off the Charlotte invaders Dean Hearn and Mike Hinson who both had 82. In the C Flight Nolan Elenz, from Charlotte had an 85 to beat Kent Barker who had 87. In the D Flight Tom Haddad had an 88 to beat David Bruce.
