Chamberlyne Golf Tournament:
On Saturday, July 30th, the Arkansas GolfWeek Amateur Tour dodged a massive thunderstorm and created some of their own lightning on the course. Due to impending rain storms, pictures were only taken of the flight winners. Below are the flight winners:

Champ Flight
Lee Sanders won the Champ Flight with score of 74
A Flight
Scott House won for the second time in a row with a playoff win over Mark Brailey and Shawn Stillman. All 3 players shot a 79 in regulation.
B Flight
No playoff was needed in the B Flight as LR Gardner posted a nice 77 to win by 2 strokes over Jon Nutt (79). Coming in 3rd with an 80 was Landon Powers. Rounding out the paid places was Kieth Greenfield (83)
C Flight
While no playoff was needed in the C Flight, the top two were tied with 2 holes to play. Vic Werner posted an 81 for his first win this year followed by Mike Myers with an 83 in 2nd place. Dale Stringer and Ken Taylor posted equal 84s with Dale getting the 3rd place nod on a cardoff.
D Flight
For the 2nd tournament in a row, Larry Hunter found himself in a playoff. This time it was with Ira Watkins as both posted an 84. Larry prevailed in the playoff for back-to-back tour wins. 3rd place was Justin Nutt with an 86 followed by Jeff Myers who also posted an 86 but took 4th in the cardoff.
