Gerald Fairchild of Edel Golf
Wow, what a great day we had a Glenwood Golf Course. The course was in fantastic shape and that was reflected in the scores. I want to send out a BIG thanks to Gerald Fairchild of Edel Golf for thier sponsorship of the tournament at Glenwood. I hope evryone got a chance to visit with Gerald about his product. I know that 2 or 3 of you have already bought a putter from him. If anyone else is interested in talking with him let me know and I will send you his info.
I also want to say thanks to Julie and the staff at Glenwood for providing us a great course to play, hats to give away and all the help that they provided. I know we all enjoyed it.
We had a newcomer to the tour win the Champ flight this week. Rick Coatney shot an even par round of 72 to take his first title on tour. Great playing and welcome to the tour. The A flight saw Balboa winner Kenny Pearce shoot 76 to take his 2nd title in a row. We had a 3 way tie for second place as Jerry Homishak, Chandler Cain and Nick Holder all shot 78. Nick won the cardoff for 2nd as Jerry finished 3rd and Chandler was 4th.
