B Flight Winner, Brad Guhne shows off his trophy
Hermitage, TN – The eGolf Amateur Golf Tour of Nashville made its first of two visits to the Hermitage Golf Course. The General’s Retreat course was the competitive venue for 51 AGT members. Josh Young, who plays collegiately at Cumberland University, notched his second consecutive AGT Championship Flight victory firing the low round of the day, a 74. Carthage’s David White came in a close second scoring a 75. Murfreesboro’s Lance Strawn posted 79 to finish in third. In the A Flight, Steve Schultz from Lebonan claimed his first victory of the season, winning by two shots with a 77. Nashville’s Adam Johnson (79) and Burns, TN Adam Harris (80) finished second and third, respectively. First-year AGT member, Brad Guhne from Chattanooga made it to the winner’s circle in the B Flight by shooting an 80, besting Lebonan’s Bob Lynch (82) and Greenbrier’s Bob Pennington (84). In the C Flight, AGT veteran Van Robinson from Franklin shoots 83 to squeak out a 1-stroke victory over Murfreesboro’s Steve Strawn (84). Franklin’s Andy Raley posts 95 to come home in third. In the D Flight, Dianne Dickinson wins first place shooting 93. Armando Oropeza from Hendersonville finishes with 96 to come in second and Steve Rhein from Murfreesboro (99) comes in third.
