DMV Battle of the Tours @ Augustine Golf Club, Stafford, VA

On a cool, wet day, 113 golfers braved the elements and competed at the DMV Battle of the Tours @ Augustine Golf Club. From Tee-off to finish, it rained, but the Par 71 Course was in near perfect season condition and the greens were unforgiving. With players from the three Virginia Tours, (Richmond, Tidewater and DC Metro), the level of competition was high with two sudden-death playoffs to determine the winner in C & D Flights. Players from the host tour, DC Metro sent a strong message and won four of the five flights with Tidewater winning the other. The support from the course staff was awesome. Thanks to each of you for the positive feedback on tour events to-date.
