Scores were as hot as the temperatures. Mother Nature smiled on us the first day and kept the highs just under 90 degrees.

In the Champ Flight, Corbin Holt (Alabama) took a 3-stroke lead from Day 1 and added another 3-stroke lead in Day 2 to claim a 6-stroke lead taking the victory with scores 74-46-150, with 2nd place finisher, Alex Hoffman (Arkansas) carding 77-79-156.

With Irudayaraj (166) claiming 2nd place, and finishing 3rd, Michael Murphee (Tidewater) carding 169, and 4th place went to Will Duncan (Kansas) with a score of 172.

The D Flight saw Will Spittle (Tidewater) 98-86-184 to overcome a 9-stroke deficit from Day 1 and take the D Flight trophy. Vic Werner (Arkansas) posting a two-day total of 186, had a chance to catch him on 18, but could not quite get it done and claimed the 2nd place position. Carl Cessor (Kansas) carding a 188, took 3rd place, followed by Alex Gustafson (Arkansas) scoring a 189-claiming 4th place.

Winner of the Srixon ZX4 Irons raffle was Kenny Holeyfield (Arkansas) with a last-minute ticket purchase. Raising $1300 with the proceeds going to the Jimmy V Foundation – Cancer Research. It was the second highest raised this year to date. Great job!!
