EVENT FORMAT: STROKE PLAY-TRIPLE MAX (Flights A-D), Champ Flt (ALL strokes count)
LIVE SCORING: Each Group 1- Official Scorer, 1-Marker for Live Score, Recommend Players 3-4 keep own score on local scorecard. Verify after Hole #9 and Hole #18 each day.
TEES: MEN CHAMP (BLUE), A-B-C (WHITE), D (BLACK) WOMEN (GREEN)
PIN LOC: ROTATION CARTS: SCATTER
COURSE CONDITIONS: NORMAL- PLAYING THE BALL DOWN
BUNKERS: Local Rule deems all BUNKERS “GENERAL AREAs”, players “MAY” RAKE n REPLACE “ONLY” if the ball comes to rest in an ABNORMAL CONDITION ie (FOOTPRINT, CART TRACK, WASH OUT) other than that play it as it lies!
Ground Under Repair: Any area disturbed by maintenance, newly laid sod, marked areas.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Players caught out in Rain remain patient, seek shelter, allow the showers to pass then continue play. Groups that wish to play thru may be allowed to continue on. In the case of LIGHTNENING, a message to SUSPEND PLAY will be issued thru LIVE SCORIE messaging, at that point players must MARK their balls and seek shelter and/or return to clubhouse for a MANDATORY WAIT. Play will resume once ordered by Course Staff.
HAZARD AREAS: Areas Marked by RED STAKES/RED LINES or YELLOW STAKES/YELLOW LINES.
OB-WHITE STAKES. NOTE: The WHITE PAINTED LINE right of #18 is not OB, the range is GENERAL AREA.
PROVISIONAL BALL: Remember to “ANNOUNCE” that you intend to play a Provisional Ball if there is a “MAYBE” O.B or LOST BALL situation. You can play a Provisional Ball up until the point of the O.B. situation with no penalty.
PACE of PLAY: “DO YOUR PART-PLAY READY GOLF”! LIMIT SEARCH TIMES TO 3 MINUTES, Starter/Marshal will be accessing the PACE OF PLAY for the morning groups!!!
DROP AREAS (PAR 3s): NONE- Drop in accordance to USGA Rules!
DISAGREEMENT OF RULINGS: Invoke RULE 20.1.3c “Play a 2ndBall”, score both balls.
SCORING/TIES: After completing your 36TH hole of competition, review-update-correct the LIVE SCORE to the OFFICIAL SCORECARD. Players tied for 1st place will go to SUDDEN DEATH Playoff. Ties for 2nd, 3rd etc a Scorecard Playoff will be utilized. TOTAL SCORE DAY #2.
