Registration:
1. Player fills out the “Join the Tour” registration.
2. The National office matches the registration to an existing player or adds them as new. (We call that processing)
3. Player gets email confirming registration and giving them a link to create a password.
4. Player creates password and has access to tournament registrations.
5. To register for tournaments you must use your Golf ID and password to login (located in top right corner) 
PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS TO RECEIVE LINK TO CREATE PASSWORD. DO NOT KEEP REGISTERING, THIS ONLY DELAYS THE PROCESS. CHECK JUNK/SPAM FOLDER IF STILL DO NOT SEE IT.
FAQ:
· Where do I find my ID to log in?
o Player can find their ID’s by checking the local Tour’s Member
Listing Tour Members OR by checking previous year’s Points Standings.
· I filled out the registration but did not receive a password link. Can you resend me the link?
o If the player cannot find the email after checking his spam folder, the player needs to go to the “forgot password” link and reset the password. He will receive a reset link at the email that we have for him in the database. Please check the email if he says he did not get a reset link.
In addition, over half of the registrations they get every day are duplicates. This slows down the process considerably! They have to delete all duplicates so if the player is trying to update something, please make sure you know:
1. If you have already registered, filling out the form again will not send the password link. As said above, they delete the duplicates.
2. If you need to update your address or email, please send information to the director, they will edit through the player profiles.
3. You cannot change flights by filling out the form. We never change the flight of an existing player when processing. The player must request the change in writing.
4. You cannot change your tour by filling out the form if you have already paid membership. The request must be made to the National office in writing.
