Cancellation Policy

Subject: Event Registration, Payment, and Cancellation Policies

Registration:

  • Event registration is typically open until 12:00 mid-night Eastern Time on the Tuesday preceding the event.
  • Please refer to event-specific emails for any variations to this deadline.
  • Online registration is mandatory for all participants.
  • Payment is required by the registration deadline. Failure to complete payment by this time will result in removal from the roster.

No-Shows:

  • Participants who register but fail to attend (no-shows) will be responsible for the full event fee.
  • This policy is necessary as the course charges the event based on the registered player list.

Cancellations:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate cancellations.
  • Cancellations must be communicated via phone (317-439-9425) or email (Indy@AmteurGolfTour.net) by Wednesday.
  • Cancellations received after this deadline may incur fees to cover pre-allocated prize funds and course charges.
