Tournament Results
Champ Flight - This flight had a battle all day with others challenging them on the side. With a tough front nine our leader picked it up on the back shooting even par to claim the victory. Ty Taylor would take the title with a +3 (75) score, making this 9TH VICTORY ON TOUR and 1st OF THE SEASON.
A Flight - This flight featured some new faces with some good competition. At the turn we had the entire fiield within five strokes of the leader, setting the stage for a thrilling conclusion. It would come down to the last hole, and we would need a playoff to determine a champion between THREE PLAYERS!!! It would only take one hole for NEW MEMBER Jonathan Miller to be victorious with a +8 (80) score, making this his FIRST VICTORY ON TOUR!!! Securing the second place was Drake Wehrs after a scorecard playoff against Gaudencio Pavia.
B Flight - The B Flight once again had a relentless battle until the end. At the turn we would see most of the player within reach of the leader. It would come down to the final hole to determine if we would have an outright Champion or ANOTHER PLAYOFF. But a par on the last hole would secure the victory for Jordan Morrow with a +11 (83) score, marking this her 8th OVERALL VICTORY ON TOUR & 1st of the season! Taking the second place was Stephanie Cieslik with a +12 (84).
C Flight - The C Flight had a great turnout where any player could emerge victorious. At the turn, half the field would be within three strokes of the leader. The decisive factor in the victory would be the last hole were a par would secure the win and avoid another playoff at this event. Amit Lopes would claim the championship at +12 (84), making this his 11th VICTORY ON TOUR & 1st of the season! Meanwhile, Ruben Tavera would take second place with a +15 (87) after a scorecard playoff with Brian Browning.
D Flight - Concluding the event with the final flight, we would see something that has never been done before on our tour. At the turn, we would see two players with only one stroke seperating them, and the rest of the field close behind. With back to back pars to end the round, NEW MEMBER Lauri Scarsella would take the victory with a +19 (91), making this HER 1st VICTORY ON TOUR!! Her daughter, Katie McCauley would take second place with a +21 (93). Guess Mom has some bragging rights for now!!!
