EVENT FORMAT: STROKE PLAY-TRIPLE MAX (FLIGHTS A-D), (CHAMP FLIGHT ALL STROKES COUNT )
OFFICIAL SCORER/ LIVE SCORING: Each Group will designate 1 OFFICIAL SCORER & 1 MARKER to input scores IN LIVE SCORE Players 3 & 4 use local scorecard for personal scoring.

CONDUCT UNBECOMING: The use of loud, foul or abrasive language toward any member, Tour or Course Official WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! A member is subject to revocation of playing privileges & membership for the continued use of such language. ANY MEMBER THROWING a club in anger or frustration will be REPRIMANDED IMMEDIATELY. Two REPRIMANDS in a season is grounds for dismissal into any Tour Competitions. A TOUR OFFICIAL NEED NOT WITNESS the club throwing for REPRIMAND! Players showing signs of drunkenness, may also be REPRIMANDED. Remember Players “Golf Etiquette” for your fellow members. Every Player represents the GOLFWEEK BRAND!!!

BUNKERS: RAKE N PLACE WITHIN 1-CLUB unless Bunker conditions warrant otherwise.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Players caught out in Rain remain patient, seek shelter, allow the showers to pass then continue play. Groups that wish to play thru may be allowed to continue on. In the case of LIGHTNENING, (1) long siren blast INDICATES “ALL” players must MARK their balls and seek shelter and/or return to clubhouse for a MANDATORY 30 Minute wait. Play will resume once the SIREN BLASTS.
CARTs: TBA PENALTY AREAS: Defined by Red OR Yellow Stakes.
OB: Defined by WHITE STAKEs- Penalty of Stroke and Distance. Right of #1, #2, #3, #7. Behind #18 where parking lot meets course.
BALL MARKINGS: No “One Ball Rule” in effect. Mark your ball for identification.
PROVISIONAL BALL: Remember to “ANNOUNCE” that you intend to play a Provisional Ball if there is a “MAYBE”lost or O.B situation. You can play a Provisional Ball up until the point of the Lost or O.B. situation with no penalty. This will lead into the next subject.
PACE of PLAY: Limit searches to 3-MINUTES !!!! For Tournaments each group is under a 4.5 Pace of play round at which groups that have not finished will be given a 30 minute extension, groups that can not finish with a 5 HR round will PENALIZED for SLOW PLAY!!!!
DISAGREEMENT OF RULINGS: Invoke RULE 20.3.3c “Play a 2ndBall”, score both balls, at the end of the round bring up the situation with Tour Director/Staff Pro for a decision.
SCORING/TIES: After completing your 18th hole of competition, review-update-correct the LIVE SCORE to the OFFICIAL SCORECARD. Players tied for 1st place will go to SUDDEN DEATH Playoff. Ties for 2nd, 3rd etc a Scorecard Playoff will be utilized.
Scorecard playoffs: TOTAL BACK 9 SCORE if still tied, then Last 6 hole, then Last 3 holes, then finally Last hole. Same format used by USGA.
WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY 26 FEB ($40 SERVICE FEE-NO SHOWS)
THE TOUR DIRECTOR WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE FINAL DECISION ON ALL TOUR MATTERS!!!
