DC Metro Golfweek Amateur Refund Policy

Entry Credit(s)/Return: Any player who wish to withdraw from a Tournament and receive a full refund must tell the Tour Director by Sunday night, the week before the tournament.  The player may reach out via text, e-mail or phone.  Once tournament player numbers are turned in to the course on Monday morning, the week of the tournament, a player who has to withdraw may receive a 50% entry refund. There are "NO REFUNDS" two (2) days before the tournament date!   

Note: This policy in in place because course are holding the DC Metro GWAT responsible for the number of players specified on the Monday before each tournament and is designed to protect both the tour and the player by establishing boundaries for accountability.
