To all Golfweek Amateur Tour Members,

 

On behalf of the entire Golfweek organization, I want to thank you for your membership of the Golfweek Amateur Tour.  We are incredibly proud of our relationship with what we feel is the best option for organized amateur competition for folks like you and me. 

 

I am writing to inform you of some changes to our magazine frequency and format for 2021. Our plan is to publish four issues in 2021 including our annual Golfweek’s Best in April and Ultimate Guide in December. In addition to these two issues, we will publish a new issue called Get Equipped in February that will highlight everything new in the game for 2021 including equipment, gear, places to visit and more. The second new issue is titled Golf Life in July and will feature in-depth stories and interviews with the movers, shakers and personalities that drive the business and sport of golf. We are excited about the new schedule and plan to bring the same style of expert, in-depth journalism that you expect from Golfweek..

The TaylorMade Putter Skins Game at Dolphin Head in Hilton Head Plantation

The Golfweek Amateur Tour will again host the annual skins game on Thursday before the National Tour Championship. Dolphin Head in Hilton Head Plantation(www.dolphinheadgc.com) will be the host course for the 1:00 pm shotgun start. The skins game is limited to the first paid 128 players. There will be one skins pots for Champ/A/B and another pot for C/D.

For the 2018 TaylorMade Skins Game: TaylorMade will be giving away three Taylormade putters valued at over $200 each. Two winners will be drawn before the skins games from the prize pool tickets given at the course. The final putter will added to the Stand up to Cancer raffles.

Cost: $95 per player which includes green fee/cart fee and skins money.

Skins Game Tees:
Blue tee boxes for (CHAMP/A/B) flight.
White tee boxes for (C & D) flight

Time: 1:00 pm shotgun start. All players must be checked in by 12:30 (No exceptions).

Skins: $3200.00 guaranteed skins pot for total field of 128 players. Skins pots will be divided by number of players in Champ/A/B and C/D.

In the case of a Tie: Before you tee off you will be given a ticket. If all the skins are cancelled then we will select 5 tickets to win $640 each.

Fee: Your $95 entry fee will be your registration and must be paid before you are officially entered.

Only the first 132 paid players will be accepted. (No payments can be made at the course!)
