JIM MORITZ OUTLASTS FRANK & HAMMONS IN EXTRA HOLES;  MORE PLAYOFFS SETTLE B & SENIOR B FLIGHTS

It was another perfect spring day as the tour enjoyed a Monday tournament at The Golden Bear Club @ Keene's Pointe, a Jack Nicklaus signature course.  It was the tour's first visit to this private club.  The The course was in top shape as 88 players enjoyed the day. 

Jim Moritz scored his second victory of 2016 after a two hole playoff with Chad Frank and Jim Hammons in Championship flight.  Each carded 1-under par 71's.  Hammons went out on the first extra hole and Frank missed a birdie putt to keep the playoff going on the sceond hole.   Jim Hammons's 71 tppped the senior Champinship flight.  Mike Salik (81) beat Ray Rodroguez on the first extra hole to take B flight. While Rodriguez outlasted Earl Vazquez (81) in a five hole playoff for senior B flight.  .
