Jim Hammons Shoots Even Par 72 To Take Championship &
SrChampionshipFlight At Stoneybrook West
On a chilly day at Stoneybrook West Jim Hammons
warmed to the task at hand as he fired a steady round of 37-35-72 to
take the second event of the 2015 season. His 72 was five clear of
second place Doug Powell's 77.
Hammons also doubles in the senior Championship side and cruised to a six stroke victory over Tal Johnson (78). Twenty-two
players competed in the Championship flight this week. If you are a
low handicap player looking for some more competition, you should check

Ryan Huisman Wins A Flight With 80
Ryan Huisman
took top honors in the A flight this week, continuing his fine start to
the season after a second place tie at Black Bear. He shot an 81 which
was two better than Bill Rhiley who finished with 83 for second. Bill plays on the Jacksonville tour. Mike Lombardo and Michael Turner tied for third with 87's Lombardo's score was good for first place in Senior A. Donald Dunnivant (90) was second.
Mike Ferretti (L) And Neil Corbett Won B Flight & Senior B, Respectively
Veteran Mike Ferretti (83) cruised to a four stroke win in B flight over Neil Corbett and Eric Kellough. They shot 87's. Ray Rodriguez (88) finished fourth. Neil and Ray also double in Seniors and they finished 1-2 in Senior B.
Joe Porter Takes C Flight and Senior C At Stoneybrook West
In C flight Joe Porter came out on top after a round of 91. It was good for a one stroke victory over Jay Freeman and Bill Robertson (92's). Porter also took home the Senior C victory. It edged Robertson (92) by one.
Kevin Borak Takes Second Straight D Flight Win
New member Kevin Borak took the top prize in the D flight for the second straight tournament with a score of 93. It edged past Mike Meadows (94) of the Jacksonville tour by one stroke. Rich Williams was third with 97..
