Every member of the Golfweek Amateur Tour receives a free one year subscription to the New GOLFWEEK magazine. That includes both digital and print editions.

To start your subscription, you must fill out the tour application when paying your membership fees. Click here to join the Tour. Please allow 4-6 weeks for for your magazine to arrive.

If you are already a member and have filled out the registration, you can go online here and set up a digital account with the email you signed up with on our website. Or you can use the Golfweek magazine app from iTunes.

As a Golfweek Amateur Tour Member, you will receive membership into a -USGA compliant club through USHandicap.com and issued an official USGA index.

Within 45 days of joining the tour and filling out the 2017 registration, each member will receive an email from USHandicap with instructions on how to sign into your account. You will not be able to access your Silver membership until you receive the confirmation email. Nothing will be mailed, everything will be done via email address.

Michael Goulet, Mark Harrison, Jim English, Larry Eller & Joe Lawson all win at Palmetto Dunes!

The weather was great and 55 players competed from Hilton Head & Jacksonville Tours.  Jacksonville dominated the weekend winning four of the five flights.

Champ Flight:

Michael Goulet and Keith Storms were tied after day one with great rounds of 74’s at the difficult Hills Course.  Day two saw Goulet pull away to a seven shot victory as he fired a 2 under par round at the Jones course for the victory.  His 2 day scores were 74-70-144 followed by Keith Storms at 74-77-151 for solo second.  Orlando’s Jim Hammonds and Terry Hanning from the Hilton Head Tour both tied at 152 and Randy Sparks rounded out the top five spots at 153.

A Flight:

Jacksonville’s Mark Harrison led wire to wire as he took home the victory and the crystal hardware with scores of 78-78-156.  Andres Lopez from Hilton Head finished solo second at 80-79-159 while Terry Fisher was third with 162 total.  Jamy Gillan from MI tour was fourth at 163 and Chris Dotson fifth at 165.

B flight:

Jim English also from Jacksonville wins by one shot with rounds of 88-82-170.  Jimmy Schoening had the lead after Saturday with 85 but finished in second place with 86-171 on Sundays.  Noel Dawkins, Mike Damewood and John Robinson all tied third at 176.

C Flight:

Larry Eller continued the Jacksonville tours dominance winning with 88-85-173 total.  Ted Turner from Augusta finished in second at 179 and Matthew Nemes from Hilton Head was third with 180.  Mike Hunter rounded out the top four spots at 182.

D Flight:

The loan Hilton Head victory came from Joe Lawson with rounds of 96-97-193 total. Bernie Packo and Mike Casazza both finished tied second at 198.
